Mr. Banyard earned a first-class degree at Oxford University in Physics and completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE). He was appointed Head of Physics at King’s College School Wimbledon and later one of the key members in the senior leadership team. In this role, he combined pastoral and academic responsibilities to help the school improve, and King’s Wimbledon has consistently been rated one of the best schools in the UK. Before becoming Headmaster at King’s Bangkok, Thomas was the Head of the International School at the first international school of King’s College School, Wimbledon in Hangzhou, China.
