Sarah Osborne-James was born and raised in Birmingham in the UK and graduated from the University of Warwick with a Bachelor of Arts in Education.  Sarah has a Masters of Education in International Education Administration from Endicott College, Beverly Massachusetts and a certificate of International School Leadership with the Principals Training Center.

After teaching in a Primary School in the UK for three years, she began her overseas teaching career in Colombia.  Over the last 21 years Sarah has worked in International Schools in Colombia, Cambodia and Thailand.  Sarah has served on the IB Heads Council and been an Executive Board member of the Latin American Heads Association. Sarah has extensive knowledge and experience of accreditation in international education with CIS, NEASC, LAHC and EFQM.
