Pearce Cheng, a winner of the prestigious Top 50 Global Migration Agency CEOs in 2018 and 2020, has over 15 years of experience in immigration consultancy and wealth management. He spearheaded the rapid growth to 12 offices with over 300 employees in Asia Pacific within two years.

Prior to founding of AIMS Group, Cheng was a banker in DBS Bank with a portfolio of high net worth clients from the ASEAN region. He was also a financial service manager and premier adviser for Prudential before joining DBS Bank. Cheng is effectively multi-lingual and speaks fluent English, Mandarin, Hokkien and Cantonese.
