I have over 30 years’ experience in education, having taught in both Europe and Asia. During this time, I have introduced the three IB programmes (PYP, MYP and IBDP) to ISS International School Singapore.

I am an IB trainer and the Chair of the Board of Trustees of the East Asia Regional Council of Schools (EARCOS); the Council that supports international schools in our area.

My educational philosophy places student learning and wellbeing at the heart of everything a school undertakes. The leadership model I have designed is informed by my observations, research and many years of experience as a school leader and evaluator.
